Alan is a co-founder of the firm and has 20 years of experience in financial executive recruiting in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He has an MBA in Finance from New York University, and has held senior financial management positions for Joseph Seagrams & Sons, Inc.; CBS, and Pfizer Corporation.

Bob is a co-founder of the firm and has over 20 years of experience in financial executive recruiting in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Bob has an MBA from Northeastern University, and has twelve years of experience in corporate financial management with Sanders Associates, Data General, and Xerox. He is a graduate of the Financial Management Development Program at Sanders Associates, in Nashua.

Steve has been with Resource Recruiting since 1993 and has developed the Sales and Marketing Division of the firm. Steve has attended New Hampshire College and has held senior sales management positions at TECH Hi-Fi, Lechmere, and Service Merchandise with fifteen years of experience.

Nancy has been with Resource Recruiting since 2005. She has over ten years of experience in recruiting for engineering, operations, finance, human resources, and administration in New England. Nancy has an MBA from Rivier College with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and has held senior management and advisory positions with high-tech, start-ups and dot.com companies in the area. She also has served on the board of several non-profit organizations.
