Our client, located
just west of Boston, is seeking a Business Finance Manager to support a large, complex DoD Program. Up to $100K.
Responsible for program specific
customer financial reporting (i.e., CPR, CFSR), monthly Program Management
Review packages, internal forecasts of estimates to complete, internal monthly
reviews, coordination of monthly financial reporting from subcontractors and
Estimates at Completion.
Participates in the development
and management of budgets, work breakdown structures, work package plans, and
project schedules. Develops trend
analyses; revenue and expenditure projections and supports ad-hoc report
requests. Develops close working
relationships with technical staff to accomplish work and meet schedules,
deadlines, and expectations. Must be
able to perform complex financial functions, establish, plan and provide
detailed analysis of business/program plans/baselines, estimating, pricing,
special projects, collect, analyze, forecast program specific Sales and Profit,
and present program data to customers and management.
BS in Technical, Business or Management discipline. Seven+ years experience directly
related to project/financial management and scheduling on DoD Programs. Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining an earned
value management system (EVMS) baseline and associated CDRL reporting on DoD
programs. Demonstrated experience in
establishing and maintaining a Performance Measurement Baseline in Microframe
Project Manager (MPM). Demonstrated
experience in developing resource plans.
Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and
Project. Some travel is required.
US Citizenship and TS clearance required.
